Service updates due to COVID-19 outbreak

Due to the current COVID19 situation, TND Care may experience a delay so our normal 24 – 48 processing hours can take up to the full 72 business hours (not including weekends and holidays) before a package is shipped out. Please note that some orders will still process normally within 24 hours but there is no guarantee. Once a package is ready for shipment, a tracking email will be sent out and it can take up to 5 days for the information to update as it will be handed off to USPS. This change is effective for all orders starting April 20, 2020. 

The good news is we are still open for business and making some changes to how we can operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our awesome customers! Please be assured that we are working with all available resources to ensure orders are delivered as quickly as possible and in the meantime, we thank you for your patience and understanding.

NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS are experiencing delays in scanning and processing on some shipments at this time. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for up to 5 business days for tracking to update once you have received a tracking email. You may contact your local USPS or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail products and First-Class packages may require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the ongoing Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) impacts to the United States.

The Postal Service’s flagship Priority Mail Express service, which guarantees overnight service, will not change.

Service commitments for local 1-day Priority Mail will not change.

Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance.

With the extra day extension, customers should expect delivery using Priority Mail Open and Distribute (PMOD) to range from two to four days nationwide.

First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively.
